Founded in 2020, we have been providing exceptional post-acute care to patients in Northern Nevada. We are proud to be their trusted provider of medical care and we are committed to continuing our legacy of excellence.
Comprehensive Services
With excellent physician and advanced nurse practitioners, we provide post-acute services to the most complex and critically ill patients. We are currently looking to expand into skilled nursing, group home and home-bound services.
